Emanuel Montero has worked in various game design and programming roles throughout their career. Emanuel began in 2011 at Akamon Entertainment as a Junior Programmer, eventually advancing to Senior Programmer and Game Producer. During this time, they coded and debugged social casino games using Flash, AS3, Java, and Macromedia Director. Emanuel also optimized games and client-server platforms for multiplayer games and coordinated with the Akamon Barcelona team on the development of Bingo. From 2013 to 2015, Montero worked as a Senior Programmer at Our.com, where they coded and debugged social casino games in Flash and AS3. Emanuel also optimized AS3 code and Flash graphics and coordinated technical localization to Russian and Japanese platforms. From 2016 to 2018, Montero served as a Game Designer and Co-Founder at Playgram Games, where they designed, prototyped, and balanced match-3 puzzle gameplay mechanics. Emanuel created multiple levels and gameplay elements for different games. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Game Designer at Genera Games, where they designed and playtested levels for a global launch. From 2019 to 2020, Montero worked as a Game Designer at Platonic Games SL. Finally, in 2020, they joined Codigames as a Game Designer.

Emanuel Montero completed their education at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in Spain. Emanuel first pursued a bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering, Formal Methods, and Information Systems from 2007 to 2009.
