Marta Gochnio

Marta Gochnio is the Head of HR & Back Office at CodiLime. Marta has previous experience working as a People Manager at People Can Fly Studio and an HR Advisor to the Minister of Digital Affairs. Prior to that, they worked at Personel i Zarządzanie and Future Centre Training Corporation as a Programme Director / Interim HR Manager.

Marta Gochnio has a degree in Management of Employees' Competencies from Kozminski University, as well as a degree in Human Resources Management from the same school. Marta also has a degree in Psychology - Visual and Intercultural Communication from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and a degree in Social Psychology - Human Resources and Communication from Uniwersytet SWPS. In addition, they are certified by the International Coaching Community (ICC).
