Asa Hope is a seasoned professional with a decade of experience in SaaS sales and a track record of successfully entering new markets and building sales teams at rapidly growing tech companies. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Codility, Asa previously held roles as Sales Director EMEA at Smartcar and Enterprise Sales Director EMEA at PERSUIT®. Asa's expertise includes crafting repeatable sales processes, coaching teams, and driving significant revenue growth, including spearheading a revenue increase from $9 million to $20 million ARR at Codility within 18 months. Asa earned a BA Hons in Business and Economics from Birmingham City University and holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from Cambridge Regional College.
