Bálint Érdi

Bálint Érdi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bálint started their career in 2012 as a Team Leader at Cleanevent2012 during the London Olympic Games. In 2013, they worked as a Business Analyst at KPMG Hungary at the International Tax Compliance Center.

From 2015 to 2018, Bálint worked at McKinsey Digital Budapest (previously IncepTech) in roles such as Product Owner, Senior Associate, and eventually Head of Product Delivery. Bálint led Scrum projects, collaborated with clients on digital banking projects, and managed cross-functional teams.

In 2018, Bálint worked as a Freelance Digital Consultant, focusing on a digital transformation project for a large Hungarian company. Bálint worked closely with internal teams and stakeholders, generating real-time analytics and insights for the company's digital strategy.

In the same year, Bálint also worked as a Technical Project Manager at Supercharge, leading international projects for enterprises in various industries such as Telco, Aviation, and Graphic arts. Bálint was responsible for end-to-end project delivery, maintaining client relationships, and managing project budgets.

From 2019 to 2020, Bálint held roles at Lensa as a Product Owner and later as a Development Pipeline Manager. Bálint was involved in shaping product development methods, overseeing multiple scrum teams, and collaborating with UX, BI, and research-driven data science teams.

In 2020, Bálint joined Bitrise as a Product Manager, responsible for transforming the core product in the CI/CD space. Bálint worked closely with a UX researcher and a Senior Product Manager, focusing on continuous discovery and delivery. Additionally, they defined an Engagement score tailored to the product area.

In 2021, Bálint worked as a Product Manager for different early-stage Web3 startups, contributing to product-market fit, success metric definition, and social responsibility initiatives in fields like metaverse and P2P BTC trading platforms.

Currently, Bálint is employed as a Senior Product Manager at Codility, starting in 2022.

Bálint Érdi began their education at Corvinus University of Budapest in 2009, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics. Bálint completed this program in 2013, after which they furthered their studies at the same university. From 2013 to 2015, Bálint pursued an Economic Analysis MA, specializing in Applied Economics. Besides their studies at Corvinus University of Budapest, Bálint also had an opportunity to expand their knowledge by participating in the Erasmus Scholarship program at Université de Namur from 2011 to 2012. During their time in this program, they focused on Development Economics and International Development.
