Lola Moses

Lola Moses has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Lola is currently working as the General Counsel at Codility since March 2023. Prior to this, they held several positions at the same company, including Senior Director of Legal from January 2022 to February 2023, and Director of Legal from January 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Codility, Lola worked as the Global Head of Legal Affairs, Compliance, and Data at STA Travel from October 2019 to December 2020. Lola also served as the General Counsel & Company Secretary at both VisitBritain and VisitEngland from January 2017 to October 2019.

Lola's earlier experiences include being the Head of Legal & Compliance at London School of Business and Finance LSBF from June 2011 to December 2016, and the Legal Affairs Manager at London City Airport Limited from December 2007 to June 2011.

Lola began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Enfield Council from August 2003 to February 2005 and later worked as a Solicitor/Legal Adviser at Leasehold Advisory Service from February 2005 to November 2007.

Lola Moses has a diverse education background. In 1996, they began their academic journey by studying at the University of West London, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 1999. Lola then pursued further legal specialization, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) at the University of Westminster from 1999 to 2001.

In order to enhance their skills as an in-house lawyer, Lola attended the King's College London in 2021 to complete a Mini MBA program specifically designed for in-house lawyers. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in the same year.

To further bolster their qualifications, Lola obtained the prestigious Chartered Governance Professional & Corporate Secretary (FCG) certification from The Chartered Governance Institute in November 2018. Lola also became a Solicitor in March 2005, gaining recognition from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
