Natalia Panowicz

Natalia Panowicz has a diverse work experience. Natalia co-founded Codility and held multiple roles within the company, starting as a Business Developer in May 2012 and becoming the COO in February 2014. From July 2019, they became the CEO and has been continuing in that role. Prior to Codility, they worked as a Consultant at Durabilis in 2011 and as a Project Coordinator at Forum for Dialogue in 2009.

Natalia Panowicz pursued their education in a chronological manner. Natalia attended XIII High School in Szczecin from the year 2000 to 2004. Following this, they enrolled at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they completed their Master's degree in Psychology from 2004 to 2009. During their time at this university, they also received an inter-university scholarship to study Psychology at the University of Warsaw from 2008 to 2009. In 2007, Natalia went on an Erasmus scholarship to KU Leuven, where they completed their second Master's degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2008. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they attended Vlerick Business School to pursue a Master's in General Management.
