Paulina Lipińska

Paulina Lipińska has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paulina has recently worked at Codility Polska Sp. z o.o. as a People Operations Program Manager, where they managed programs and people with a combination of relentlessness and empathy. Prior to that, they held roles as a People Operations Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Paulina also has experience in photography, having worked as a Photographer for their own business, Paulina Lipińska Photography, and as a Photography Intern at Globuzzer. Additionally, they have held positions as a Bartender/Kitchen Manager at Bastard Café, Service Quality personnel at Brøchner Hotels, and a Processing Worker at Krispy Kreme. Paulina has also worked as a Designer's Assistant at Dream Nation Sp. z o.o., a Shopping Assistant at AlmiDecor.com, and completed an internship at Partner of Promotion in their marketing department. Paulina Lipińska completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology of new media from Collegium Civitas, attending from 2010 to 2013. Paulina then pursued further studies at Warszawska Szkoła Reklamy, where they obtained a Technician degree in Photography and creating advertising campaigns from 2012 to 2014. Subsequently, they enrolled at Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie, earning a Master's degree in Art history between 2014 and 2016.
