Sarah Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Sarah started their career as an Events Coordinator/ Office Administrator/ Host at Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group in 2010 before moving on to work as an Events Assistant and Receptionist at 29 Glasgow in 2009.

In 2008, Sarah worked as a Marketing Assistant (Summer Placement) at Mace Group before joining Revolution Bars Group PLC as an Events Coordinator and Duty Manager in 2005, where they were recognized for outstanding customer service.

Sarah then transitioned to the hospitality industry, joining Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2011 as a Front Desk Agent. Sarah later served as a Hotel Assistant Manager, leading the Front Office team to achieve Forbes 5 Star service. Sarah was also part of the pre-opening team for a 237-key resort in Dubai, where they were responsible for building and managing the Front Office team.

In 2016, Sarah joined Fourth as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked with various hotel accounts, focusing on improving profits and increasing operational efficiencies. Sarah also served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, overseeing strategy development and customer engagement with c-suite clients.

Sarah then joined Glassdoor in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they worked with national accounts and new business customers, collaborating closely with the Sales Team to onboard and retain new customers. Sarah drove an understanding of product offerings and delivered and reported results to showcase the impact on employer branding and recruiting initiatives.

In 2021, Sarah joined Codility as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and later transitioned to the role of Lead Customer Success Manager in 2022.

Sarah Henderson attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Entertainment and Events Management, with a focus on Leisure Studies. In addition to their university education, Sarah obtained several certifications throughout their career. In February 2018, they completed a course titled "How to Develop Key Accounts" from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. In May 2020, Sarah obtained a certification in "Employer Branding to Attract Talent" from LinkedIn, followed by a certification in "Creating and Giving Business Presentations" from LinkedIn in June 2020. Most recently, in February 2022, they achieved the Customer Success Manager Level 1 certification from Pulse Academy by Gainsight.
