Ted Irland

Ted Irland has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ted started their career at CareerBuilder.com as an Inside Sales Representative for skilled labor. Ted then moved on to become an Inside Sales Manager for healthcare, where they managed a team of 10 sales representatives and achieved 110.5% of the sales plan. Ted was also responsible for organizing goal outings and structured role plays for the team.

Later, Ted joined The Jacobson Group as a National Territory Manager, specializing in life insurance subject matter experts. After that, they worked at CareerBuilder as a Senior Account Executive, managing relationships with healthcare organizations. Ted successfully managed a book of business totaling over $600,000 and sought new opportunities with clients.

Their specific field of study within the Spanish program focused on Spanish Language and Literature. In addition to their academic degrees, Ted also acquired a certification in Full Stack Web Development from Northwestern University in June 2020.
