Tony Mellek

Tony Mellek is currently the Head of Assessment at Codility, where they lead the assessment function and consult on talent strategies for organizations. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Analyst in Global Talent Management at PepsiCo and Specialist in Learning and Development at Masonite®, managing assessments and enhancing employee growth initiatives. Tony's experience includes internships in various capacities, including I/O Psychology and Human Resources, where they contributed to selection assessments and talent management projects. They earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and are pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University.
