Kiana Pan is the President at Coding Dojo. Kiana has over ten years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Kiana started their career as an Executive Assistant at Top Pacific Construction. Kiana then became a Branch Manager at LaborWorks, Inc. before joining Inabia as Vice President in 2014.

At Inabia, Kiana was responsible for managing the recruitment, sales, marketing, and operations teams. Kiana also focused on nurturing client relationships and building a solid foundation with prospective clients.

In February 2017, Kiana joined Summit Group Solutions, LLC as Director of Talent Acquisition. Summit Group Solutions is a staffing and recruiting company that focuses on investing in people.
