Lei Pakalani

Lei Pakalani is the Director of HR at Coding Dojo. Lei has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at MDLGCorp and Capital Management Services. Lei is a strategic thinker who is passionate about diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Lei has a proven track record of developing policies and programs that improve employee relations and overall operations. Lei is also knowledgeable about international HR policies, programs, laws, and issues. In their current role, they manage the budget and financial measures of the HR department and evaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement.

Lei Pakalani has a Master in Public Administration from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor in English Studies from Brigham Young University-Hawaii. Lei also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Lei Pakalani reports to Amanda Russell, Chief of Staff. They are on a team with Carrie Filori - Director, HR, Erika Underwood - Director, Partnerships & Recruitment.
