As a member of the production team for UReCA: The NCHC Journal of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity, Madison managed submissions, screened and hired editors, led editorial training sessions, worked on promotions and promotional material, did copy editing, recruitment, and represented the organization at a national conference.

Madison's experience as an engineering tech intern at mobius (Grow Bioplastics) involved conducting research on the growth of microalgae in different types of bioplastics.

Madison Chan attended Bearden High School and graduated with a high school diploma. Madison then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology Management with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Madison has also received certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Their manager is Chris Chung, Head of Operations. They are on a team with John Trivedi - Operations Program Manager, Lindsey Walker - Business Operations Manager, Office of CEO.
