Tilda Gross is the current Career Services Manager at Coding Dojo. Prior to their current role, Tilda was an Independent Consultant for Change Management & Organizational Development for both Biotechnology and Nonprofit organizations. Some of their notable accomplishments include observed executive teams of a Fortunate 500 Biotechnology company and delivered actionable recommendations for improving leadership, team dynamics, team cohesion, and psychological safety; Championed blueprint for an organization-wide listening strategy; Led a team of 8 student consultants to build out a comprehensive Financial, Marketing, and Organizational Strategy roadmap for a grassroots nonprofit in San Francisco; Empowered our client with high-impact deliverables (30 page strategic planning guidebook, 5 marketing templates, research and data-back recommendations) designed to increase revenue 3-fold; Designed an Organizational Development strategy using systems thinking that would reposition a world-renowned vertical dance company to 1) engage all stakeholders 2) secure partnerships and funding, and 3) make a social impact.

Tilda's passion for organizational change and development started at a young age. Tilda grew up on a farm and always dreamed of starting their own farm one day where they could live off the land. In pursuit of this dream, Tilda took a break from their corporate career to learn and research permaculture farming.

Tilda is an experienced leader with a proven track record of successful organizational change initiatives. Tilda has a deep understanding of what it takes to build an effective team, create a cohesive culture, and drive positive social impact. Tilda also has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. Tilda Gross has a 4.2 GPA from Boulder High School. Tilda is certified in Human Centered Design (Design Thinking) from IDEO.org and in Raiser's Edge Fundementals from Blackbaud. Tilda is also certified in salesforce Trailhead badges from Salesforce.
