Onboarding and Training

The Onboarding and Training team at Coding Ninjas is responsible for seamlessly integrating new members into the organization and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge. This team conducts orientation sessions, provides comprehensive training programs, and offers continuous support through live 1:1 mentor interactions to ensure all members, from freshers to mentees, are well-prepared and confident in their roles.
