Robert Head

Robert Head is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and agile transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Artium since July 2023, Robert leads the agile transformation of client tech organizations. As a Founding Partner at ZEAL since March 2013, Robert operates a web and mobile application development studio. Previous roles include Software Developer at Transparent Classroom, where Robert contributed to a collectively-managed EdTech start-up, and Software Engineering Consultant at Levered Learning, focusing on an EdTech web curriculum platform. Robert's experience also encompasses leadership positions as Software Engineering Manager at Voom, Senior Software Consultant at Ministry of Velocity, and various development roles at ShopDragon, Pivotal Labs, Lumos Labs, and iCrew.com. Academically, Robert holds a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southern Oregon University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
