Nikhil Kumar has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in customer success, operations management, and internships. Nikhil is currently the Director of Customer Success at Codingal, where they lead the customer success team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service and support. Nikhil was previously the Head of Operations at Skillovate Learning and had an internship at Opulent Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Nikhil Kumar has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering. Nikhil attended the college from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade in Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2015. In 2012-2013, they completed their 10th grade from the same school.

In terms of additional certifications, Nikhil Kumar obtained a Python programming certification from the University of Michigan in July 2020. Nikhil also received a certification from Google in January 2020. Additionally, they completed a CPP training certification from Spoken Tutorial, IIT Bombay in April 2017.
