Florencia Mouradian is currently the IT Recruiter and Head of People at CodingIT, where they manage the end-to-end hiring process. Previously, Florencia contributed to talent acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Kin+Carta and held various recruitment roles, including Junior Recruiter positions at Gravity Marketing and Advertising and Gamedu. They have also gained experience as a freelance recruiter and participated in professional internships focused on group dynamics and therapeutic support. Florencia is a thesis student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Aconcagua, specializing in group construction and intervention from a psychoanalytic perspective while actively participating in wellness initiatives.
