Tilman Kemper has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tilman is currently the Co-Founder & Managing Director at Codio Impact, where they focus on automating ESG data management and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to that, Tilman worked at APX, first as the Head of Venture Development, where they provided support and strategic positioning for portfolio companies. Tilman also served as a portfolio manager for 8 startups and was involved in selecting and leading investment rounds. Before that, they worked as a Manager Venture Development, assisting portfolio companies in launching their MVPs and raising funds. Earlier in their career, Tilman worked at Allianz Group in the Group CIO Office for Strategy & Innovation, focusing on digital strategy and innovation, cybersecurity, and data center consolidation. Tilman also worked in consulting roles at KPMG in the Financial Services and Risk-Banking sectors.
Tilman Kemper began their education in 2012, attending the University of Mannheim where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics in 2015. In 2014, they also had a brief study experience at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, focusing on Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Tilman moved on to pursue higher education at Università Bocconi. There, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they concurrently studied at the Stockholm School of Economics, earning a Master's degree in Finance, further expanding their knowledge in the field.
