Jefferson Helsmoortel is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in support and consulting. Starting as an intern at ORAC nv in 2019, Jefferson contributed to the analysis and implementation of cloud solutions, upgraded helpdesk tools, provided first-line support, and managed hardware upgrades. Subsequently, Jefferson worked at ICO Haven as a first-line support technician from September 2019 to July 2021, then transitioned to Bizztalent as an ICT consultant, where responsibilities included 1st and 2nd line support, with a focus on VOIP projects, from July 2021 to February 2023.
