Nikhil Ladage is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in technical leadership and software development. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Coditas since October 2020, Nikhil has also held the position of Sr. Software Engineer at ITShastra India Pvt. Ltd. from November 2019 to October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Jr. Software Engineer at Prisms Communications and DBCent Business, contributing to various projects from November 2017 to October 2017. Nikhil holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Education Society's Abasaheb Garware College of Arts and Science, Pune, completed in 2017.
