Shirish Bhatt

Shirish Bhatt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shirish co-founded Coditas and served as the Head of Data Engineering, overseeing team growth, P/L for the Business Unit, pre-sales and architecture discussions, and leadership development initiatives. Additionally, they led the Microsoft Technologies Product Engineering subunit. Prior to this, Shirish was a Software Development Manager at Coditas, where they led a product engineering team and was responsible for client communication, technical architecture design, product management, quality assurance, release management, and stakeholder communication.

Before Coditas, Shirish co-founded BuyTestSeries, an eCommerce platform focused on eLearning products, where they served as the Co-Founder and CTO. Shirish also co-founded Talentick IT Solutions, which provided a campus recruitment automation solution called Talentick.

Shirish's earlier experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Microsoft Corporation, where they implemented Business Intelligence and Analytical solutions for global clients. Shirish also worked at Synechron on Business Intelligence projects for insurance domain clients, and at Satyam Computer Services and KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited as a Software Engineer and Software Intern, respectively.

Shirish Bhatt completed their high school education at Crescent High School from 1988 to 2000. Shirish then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating in 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist from Microsoft Corporation in August 2008.
