Bijit Deka

Bijit Deka is an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in data science and analytics. Currently working at StepFunction and Coditation Systems since September 2020, Bijit has previously held roles at QuaQua, where expertise in developing and deploying a textual content moderation system and conducting proof of concepts for image moderation on GCP was demonstrated. Experience includes a position at WeWork focusing on automatic table extraction from PDFs, and a role at GreyAtom where Bijit engaged in computer vision projects and content development. Bijit's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Assam Engineering College, and a Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity.
