Shantanu Deshmukh

Shantanu Deshmukh has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Shantanu began their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Associate at TE Connectivity. In 2015, they joined FIGmd, Inc. as a Senior HR Executive, where they were responsible for recruitment for senior positions, talent acquisition for domain-specific SMEs in the US healthcare industry, and providing inputs on key strategic initiatives in the organization. In 2018, they moved to Coditas as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Specialist. In 2020, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Tech Prescient. Currently, they are a Senior Manager, Growth - India & APAC at Coditation Systems.
