Carl Joseph currently serves as the Youth Development Program Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Codman Square Health Center since February 2023. Additionally, Carl has been the Business Owner of New England Niche, operating since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer and Customer Service Representative at The CCS Companies from June 2016 to February 2023, as well as serving as Staff Supervisor at UNIQLO from April 2015 to November 2018 and Management Staff at YOFES from May 2013 to November 2018. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UMass Boston and has completed education at ESSEC Business School and the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as obtaining a degree in Medical Interpretation through the Foundations of Medical Interpreting program.
