Phung On

Phung On is an accomplished academic and clinical pharmacy specialist with extensive experience in various pharmacy roles. Currently serving as the DEI Coordinator and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Phung On has contributed to the Biopharmaceutical Industry Fellowship Program and held positions such as Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator. Additionally, roles as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Codman Square Health Center and Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program emphasize expertise in ambulatory care and transitions of care.
