Tasha Kitty

Tasha Kitty joined the CSHC Board in January 2021. Tasha is a visionary Human Resources & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion executive with a long-standing and progressive HR leadership career creating culture change, internationally recognized HR programs, cost-effective HR solutions, and demonstrated successful Learning & Development strategies. She’s served in various executive positions such as Chief People Officer, VP of People, and VP of HR & Learning & Development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (and minors in English and African-American Studies), a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Relations, and a Cornell University Certified Diversity Practitioner. Her specialty credentials include a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification, 360 coaching/assessments credentials, and a certified Master Life Coach. She’s spoken as a panelist for both virtual and live events, webinars, and conferences on all things HR.
