Laura Cochran

Laura Cochran has a diverse background in the field of sales and training, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Codon Learning since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Supervisor at CNA Insurance and as Senior Learning and Development Manager at Macmillan Learning, where significant contributions included the development of a comprehensive sales training program and the initiation of the Inclusive Management program. At ESM, Laura demonstrated leadership by designing an in-house CRM system that enhanced sales pipeline visibility and developed a sales coaching rubric for consistent practices. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Colorado State University.
