Daniel Conde has extensive experience in various roles related to sales, business development, and finance. Daniel currently holds the position of Director of Regional Sales - EMEA / LAR at Codonics, where they are responsible for developing the market for Codonics' Safe Label Systems in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Previously, they served as a Board of Directors and Treasurer at Hispanic Chamber CincinnatiUSA, overseeing financial planning and budgeting for the Chamber and consulting with regional companies on expanding into Latin America.
Daniel also has experience in the education sector, working as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati. Daniel has a background in management and research, having served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Connecticut, where they worked on projects related to product development, market research, and synthesis of catalysts.
In the business sector, Daniel has held leadership roles at Cincinnati Sub-Zero, Unity Prime Construction Inc, and Unity Import and Export LLC. These positions involved developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales efforts, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Daniel also has experience in plant management, having served as a Plant Manager at Industrias del Maiz S.A. and as an Assistant Chemical Engineer at Propal S.A. Plants.

Daniel Conde has a strong educational background in the fields of entrepreneurship, technology management, materials engineering, and chemical engineering. Daniel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad del Valle (CO) from 1986 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering at the University of Connecticut from 1996 to 2002. Finally, they further enhanced their knowledge by obtaining an M.B.A. with a specialization in Entrepreneurship & Technology Management from Rochester Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2005.
