David Rood

David Rood has over 25 years of work experience. In 1996, they began as a Systems Engineer at Puget Technology Group. From 1997 to 2002, they held various roles at Home Depot, GMACi, and TesCom, including QA Systems Engineer, QA Analyst (contract), and Sr. QA Analyst (contractor). In 2004, they became a QA Analyst at ZC Sterling, and in 2005, they took on the role of Secretary and Treasurer at Bookends. In 2010, they began working as a Sr. QA Analyst at IntercontinentalExchange, Inc., and in 2022, they became a QA Engineer at Codoxo. In addition to their professional experience, they have also had a long-standing role as a Trumpet player at Self, playing theatre, weddings, veteran's funerals, and in jazz combos.

David Rood attended Vanderbilt University from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics and Geology.
