Matt Smith

Matt Smith has been working in the health care industry since 2012. Matt began their career as Chief Auditor at the Attorney General, Missouri Office of the in 2012. In 2018, they moved to Anthem, Inc. as an Investigator. Currently, they are employed as a Health Care Fraud Analyst at Codoxo since 2021.

Matt Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Central Missouri in 2009. Matt then went on to earn a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the same university in 2011. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). In 2021, they obtained a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from AAPC.
