Shir Baor

Baor is a technology executive and entrepreneur with leadership and product management experience across startup environments and large organizations. They are the co-founder of CodSec, implementing a Practical Secure Development Life Cycle as a Managed Service, and they serve as Chief Executive Officer of Imprint. They previously co-founded Camera51 (2013–2020) and led IBI-Ag as Chief Executive Officer (2020–2023), and held R&D and product leadership roles at Scodix (Senior Product Manager, 2013–2014) and Siemens (R&D Project Manager, 2011–2012; R&D Products Group Manager). They served in the Israeli Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel from 1997 to 2011. They hold an Executive MBA from The Hebrew University (2011–2013) and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University (2007–2011).
