Eraj Rasheed

Eraj Rasheed is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and recruitment across diverse regions, including Pakistan, Qatar, and the UAE. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Codup since October 2021, Eraj has previously held positions such as Senior Executive Human Resources at TreeHouse ExaTex Private Limited and Human Resources Generalist, demonstrating expertise in the development and implementation of HR policies, as well as managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Brisk Consulting (Pvt.) Limited, where significant contributions were made to HR outsourcing projects, and as a Human Resources Intern, where a substantial number of junior-level hires were completed within a short timeframe. Eraj holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Iqra University.
