Benjamin Lambert

Ben Lambert is a seasoned software professional currently serving as a Software Craftsperson at Codurance since August 2022. Previously, Ben held the position of Head of Development at Active Documents Ltd for 18 years, overseeing software architecture and development planning while managing the development team. Additional experience includes roles as a Developer with Team Technologies Ltd, where Lotus Domino Development was a key focus, and as a Consultant at Imass, also specializing in Lotus Domino. Early in Ben's career, significant contributions were made in software development using FoxPro, Visual Basic, and Lotus Domino at American Air Filter and in development and IT support roles at Michell Bearings. Ben holds a B.Sc. in Computing for Industry from Northumbria University, completed in 1996.
