Matt Belcher

Matthew Belcher is the Vice President of Engineering at Mojo Mortgages, a position they have held since 2026. Previously, they served as the Head of Emerging Technology at Codurance from 2020 to 2026, and before that, held various roles at ThoughtWorks, including Lead Software Development Consultant from 2011 to 2020. Matthew began their career as a Systems Developer at Holiday Extras from 2007 to 2011 after completing a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with a Year In Industry at the University of Kent, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
