Codyco is the AI Reservation Team for hotel groups. It answers every guest call, 24/7 and in the guest’s language, and books rooms end to end.

Built in Munich for groups across the DACH region, Europe, and America, Codyco is designed for the requirements that come with operating at group scale: enterprise data protection, brand standards, and integrations that fit an existing stack. Guest questions get answered, payments get taken, and every booking lands where it belongs.

Today, hotel groups trust Codyco with their phones, and the setup grows in three stages: call coverage first, then a direct booking engine, then the group’s complete phone center.

The future front desk, as we see it, is a host with time for the guest in front of them. The phone is our job.
