Coefficient LP is a decarbonization and energy transition fund that blends institutional rigor with entrepreneurial agility. Our investment and incubation criteria boils down to two underwriting pillars: decarbonization impact and sustainable economics.

The threat of climate change is immediate and profound. To avert escalating disasters, a 1.5°C limit on global warming is imperative, necessitating net-zero emissions by 2050. The path to net zero emissions mandates a global, collaborative overhaul of current systems (including construction, manufacturing, agriculture, power, and transportation) and decarbonizing the global economy requires $100 to $150 trillion in incremental investments by 2050.

Based out of Houston, Berlin and Cairo, Coefficient LP invests, incubates, and connects enterprises and capital across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
