Ali Block

Ali Block has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Restaurant Server at Gentle Ben's in 2016. In 2017, Ali was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Arizona, working in the L4 Lab, Voice Lab, and Brain Lab. From 2019-2021, Ali worked as a Babysitter for Busy Bees Babysitting, a Speech Language Pathology Graduate Student Intern at Paradise Valley Unified School District and Barrow Neurological Institute, and a Speech Language Pathology Graduate Clinican at ASU's Department of Speech & Hearing Science. In 2021, Ali was a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow at Marble Falls ISD, where they served a caseload of 60+ students and case management for 25+, conducted assessments and treatments, and completed initial and triennial evaluations. Currently, Ali is a Business Operations Analyst and Operations Analyst Intern at Coefficient.

Ali Block attended Catalina Foothills High School from 2011 to 2015. Ali then attended the University of Arizona, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and a Minor in Special Education and Rehabilitation. During their time at the University of Arizona, they also completed a Study Abroad program at the University of Bristol from January 2018 to May 2018. After graduating, Ali Block attended Arizona State University, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist. In June 2022, they are expected to obtain a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In August 2019, they obtained a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Classroom certificate from the American Heart Association.
