Coenlaude was founded in 2013. Coenlaude's mission is to advise and support Small-Medium Enterprises and Corporates by creating and embedding continuously improving organizations. Atonomous or together with specialized business partners. I believe that in this fast changing environment the focus should be on amaze- instead of frustrate and co-creation with clients and colleagues instead of top down decisions made by management. Employees turn to be entrepeneurs.

The method used is robust but can be tailored for clients specific. I strive for buy-in of the team and the management by clear goals, engagement and transparency. Success is proven by increased performance indicators like employee satisfaction, client satisfaction and productivity. Lean, Six Sigma, System thinking and Cultural Behavior are important pillars to set up these adaptive and future ready organizations.
