Ric Melia is a seasoned Data & AI Managed Services Leader with over eight years of experience in steering teams towards innovation and growth. Most recently, Ric served as the Group Manager for the UKI Delivery Centre at Avanade, where they grew the team significantly and achieved a 40% revenue increase in 2022. Prior roles at Altius included Principal Consultant and Managed Services Lead, where Ric was instrumental in scaling teams and managing critical service operations. Ric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth and is actively seeking a new Managed Services role focused on Data & AI.
