Emmanuel SERNA

Emmanuel Serna is currently the Inspecteur Général de l’Éducation, du Sport et de la Recherche. From 1999 to 2021, they held various teaching positions in mechanical construction and engineering, including at the Lycée Professionnel Sauxmarais and Lycée Henri Cornat, where they were responsible for creating the engineering sciences program. Emmanuel has also served as a member and president of numerous academic juries within the French education system. Their engineering background includes roles at companies like Valeo and Orano, emphasizing algorithm development and nuclear safety. Emmanuel pursued engineering studies at Ecole Supérieure de l'Energie et des Matériaux and received their agrégation in mechanical engineering as a private candidate.
