With a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, Ben has also worked in executive management settings, collaborating with global mining teams to implement and develop programs that enhance operational efficiency. They currently serve as Senior Mine Engineer at Coeur Mining, Inc., contributing to strategic mine engineering efforts.
