Farida Gabard

Farida Gabard is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in training development and recruitment, currently serving as the Responsable développement RH at Coface since September 2019. Farida oversees training policy and recruitment initiatives in France, managing over 100 new hires annually, and supports HR functions for Coface Belgium. Prior to this role, Farida held several positions including Responsable Formation et Relations Ecoles at IMT, where responsibilities included training program planning, recruitment, and integration of new employees. Farida also has experience in international relations and stage development from previous roles at SUPMECA and ESTACA, along with a Master's degree in HR and Public Management from CIFFOP and advanced training in International Business Strategy from ESSEC Business School.
