Roman Halaša is the Commercial Director for Coface in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Head of the Risk Underwriting Department, responsible for credit limit decisions and portfolio management. Roman began their career as an Underwriter at Euler Hermes from 2005 to 2008. They earned a Master's degree in Economics and Management from VŠP Nitra between 1998 and 2003.
