Stephane Zyczinski

Stephane Zyczinski currently serves as the Head of Corporate Finance at Coface, a position held since February 2020, where responsibilities include capital management, monitoring external and internal refinancing needs, shareholding management, M&A, and internal reorganization initiatives. Previously, from January 2017 to February 2020, Stephane worked as Responsable Solvabilité II at Covéa, overseeing regulatory reporting and project management related to Solvency II. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Manager at Synvance, Director at Crowe Horwath - Exenco, Financial Controller at GE Capital, Internal Auditor at Schlumberger, and Financial Analyst at Christian Dior Couture. Stephane holds advanced degrees in finance from prestigious institutions, including a master’s degree from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Hertfordshire.
