Stephen Figler

Stephen Figler is an experienced professional in business development and account management, currently serving as a Broker Relationship Manager at Coface since 2023. In this role, Stephen focuses on building broker relationships to drive growth through new business acquisition. Prior to Coface, Stephen worked as a Regional Market Account Executive at MetLife, where responsibilities included developing new business and maximizing account retention with strategic employee benefit solutions. Stephen also held the position of Senior Client Executive at AmeriHealth Administrators, managing large group self-insured accounts, and served as Sales Operations Manager at Marsh, where coordination of risk management solutions was key.
