Steven Wright CPCU, LUTCF, ARM is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of US BrokerConnect at Coface since 2021, Steven leads the largest dedicated broker partner network, focusing on new business development and portfolio retention with global and national brokers. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2021, Steven was Vice President of Business Development at Brown & Brown Insurance, where a strong emphasis was placed on recruitment, performance accountability, and market share growth. Steven’s career began at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 1998 to 2012 as a Regional Sales Manager, managing sales teams across various regions and cultivating high performance through effective training and leadership. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hofstra University, obtained in 1989.
