Lishui Chen is a visiting scholar at Massey University in New Zealand and has served as a technical director at the China Agricultural Group's Nutrition and Health Research Institute since 2017. They have also held the position of senior R&D manager at China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation since 2010. Lishui earned a doctorate from Harbin Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2010.
