Brad Shoop

Brad Shoop has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brad currently works at COFENSE as a Principal Cloud Governance Analyst since November 2018. Prior to that, they spent four years at FireEye, Inc. as a Senior Operations Engineer from January 2014 to November 2018. Before that, they worked at Mandiant as a Project Leader from January 2013 to January 2014. From August 2006 to January 2013, they served as a Network Security Consultant at Unum. Earlier in their career, they worked at Erlanger Health System as a Network Analyst from October 1998 to August 2006. Brad started their professional journey at SunTech Systems as a Web Services Manager and Software Support Engineer from January 1994 to October 1996. Brad has accumulated expertise in cloud governance, operations engineering, project leadership, network security consulting, and web services management throughout their career.

Brad Shoop earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1992. Brad then pursued further education at the same university, where they obtained their Master of Arts degree in English Literature from 1992 to 1994.
