Caleb Karr

Caleb Karr has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the fields of cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, and retail. Caleb began their career as a Data Creation Intern at Magnet Forensics in 2016, where they gained experience in data analysis and manipulation. In 2017, they worked as a Blackhat Conference Associate at UBM Tech before moving on to Marshall University, where they served as an Intelligence Analyst and later as a Student Intelligence Analyst. During their time at Marshall University, Caleb honed their analytical skills and gained experience in threat intelligence. In 2018, they joined UBM Tech again for a brief period as a Blackhat Conference Associate. Caleb then transitioned to a role at Hobby Lobby as a Cashier, where they developed customer service and cash handling skills. In 2020, Caleb joined Binary Defense as a Security Operations Center Analyst before being promoted to SOC Analyst II. In their role at Binary Defense, they focused on monitoring and analyzing security events to detect and respond to potential threats. Most recently, Caleb joined COFENSE in 2023, where they work as a Threat Analyst.
